The destination’s excise and labelling. A harder line to open, and only with a buyer who already has the path.
Duty and protocol
Duty, quota and the sanitary protocol are confirmed for the destination on the quotation. A preference, where one exists, is claimed with an origin certificate. It is not a permit.
